This week’s lesson is a tribute to the great Angus Young of AC/DC. My lessons are typically blues based, and seldom venture into this style of rock, but I’ve had lots of requests for an Angus Young guitar lesson, and when you really listen to what he plays, it’s all just Chicago-style electric blues – so it fits. I also just learned that his brother Malcolm Young was recently diagnosed with Dementia (Malcolm plays an important role in the sound of that band, so it’s unclear what the future of AC/DC will be.
