After improvisation on A melodic minor, I had a lick that looked like the one in the video... And that's when I thought it would be nice to make a video of a melodic minor lick! So, after modifications and leaving out some personal nonsense that I like to do, I ended up in this one!
To explain it a bit better, I personally hated the sound of melodic minor's 4th degree, so I took it out! This lick has every note of the scale, except the 4th! For me, the 6th degree makes the difference in this scale, so I focused on this one...
My guitar is tuned 1 step down!
