In this video, Dan discusses a simple strumming pattern you can use that has a blue "feel" to it, and how to approach which strings to strum in the process. Dan uses barre chords, but you can also use open chords if it's more comfortable.
Dan then discusses some barre chord and chord fragment ideas so if you are only using open chords, this can make things a bit more fun.
