Fender releases a new colour for the Player II collection: Lavender Haze

I will not write too long, I hated the new Player II collection colour. It’s not ordinary and not influenced by any classic model. Completely a different colour. Perhaps I am a bit resistant to change. But Fender has a classic guitar palette. Who can say no to any sunburst, Olympic white, or TV yellow? These are the classics.

But I see that Fender tries to reach our new potential customers. Yes, I mean the customer, not to guitar players. If the new colour was promoted as a new colour group, I can easily accept that this is a variant or limited edition. But looks like Fender tries to sell a sugar or fashion decoration item.

I hope Fender will not keep using these vibrated colours and we can see more classic models. Yes you may say that what's going or why you hated so much. I hated the marketing of the guitars. So even I can say that it's a different colour. But I don't agree that it will support to reach our real guitar lovers/
