Minor Blues Example - A Dorian & Am Penta with Ab

Published on 01 November 2016
http://www.MasterGuitarAcademy.com Example using A Dorian mode for the I chord, and a "special scale" for the E7 chord. The scale is the A Minor Pentatonic with an Ab added. The note A is only used as a passing note. This can also be viewed as a simplified/minified alternative to the Altered Scale, which is often used in jazz. My website provides full lessons on this topic - http://www.MasterGuitarAcademy.com It is a membership website, but DVDs are also available. Thanks for your support.
