Swing Rhythm for Piedmont Blues http://www.bluesguitarinstitute.com/ lesson38">http://www.bluesguitarinstitute.com/ lesson38 Now that you've gotten some basic country fingerpicking patterns down and you've made them sound nice and bluesy by swinging the rhythm and playing with the staccato feel, it's time to take things one step further. In this lesson we'll, work on a much more complicated picking pattern. But the cool thing about this pattern is that it's completely moveable. What I mean by that is that since this is a 'closed' 7th chord shape, you can easily move to different chords just by shifting to different frets. Be sure to watch the video all the way through to get an idea of what's possible with a closed shape like this.
